I have over 15 years of working experience providing rehabilitation and assessments to individuals involved in motor vehicle and work related accidents. I am specialized in providing assessments and treatments including Home Assessments, Attendant Care Assessments, Home Functional Abilities Evaluation, Work Site Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Return to Work Program, Future Cost of Care Analysis, catastrophic case management of traumatic brain and orthopaedic injury, discharge / future care planning. I am an ADL authorizer in seating and mobility equipment since 2006. I am a certified Arcon Evaluator since 2006, Key Method since 1997.
