I have been practicing as an occupational therapist for 20 years. I have worked with thousands of clients so far in my career. I have advanced Post-graduate training in Exercises for a Sensitive Nervous System, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Mindfulness, Coaching for Facilitation Return to Work, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Pain Management, Activation, PGAP, Goal management Training, Cognitive testing with tools like Brainfx 360, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-informed care, Sleep Hygiene and Ergonomics.
