The Social Work Consulting Group was established by a group of social workers from Toronto’s top hospitals and rehabilitation programs to provide the highest quality of care and support based upon our years of collective experience and expertise. Our clinical focus is in the area of neuro-rehabilitation, specializing in supporting those individuals and families whose lives have been affected and altered by traumatic injuries including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and complex orthopedic injuries. We provide both assessments and ongoing counselling in people’s homes and community environments where they are most comfortable and familiar. We service adults of all ages and have an exceptional pediatric/adolescent program as well. The Social Work Consulting Group offers individual, couple and family counselling in addition to a number of groups targeting issues related to brain injury.
