Profile

In December 2004, I founded the multidisciplinary therapeutic Wilderman Medical Clinic, currently located in Thornhill, Ontario. Since then, I have been the Medical Director of the above clinic, which is involved in pain treatment, research, and patient education. As a chronic pain consultant, I perform Independent Medical Examinations and Insurer Examinations, and prepare Medical-Legal Reports. I recently became certified in impairment rating (American Medical Association Guides, IVth Edition).
