Solace Therapy has particular experience supporting clients involved in rehabilitation and insurance-based systems, including motor vehicle accident claims, and provides services through both in-person and secure virtual platforms in accordance with PHIPA requirements.

Clinical work at Solace Therapy integrates a range of trauma-focused and evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and CBT- and DBT-informed interventions.
