A graduate of the Massage Therapy Program at Georgian College in Barrie in 2009, I have worked in Surgical Services at Royal Victoria Hospital for the past 5 years. After working in health care for the past 7 years I realized the increasing need for stress management and its role in a person’s overall health and well being.Giving individuals the opportunity to be the creators of their own reality of health, through an understanding of all levels of health and a balanced lifestyle. I offer: Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal massage, Cupping Massage.All treatments include remedial exercises and treatment plans if needed.
