I am an Occupational Therapist and Clinical Rehabilitation Manager with a demonstrated experience in acquired brain injuries and mental health.

Currently working with clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, by assisting clients to achieve their meaningful goals utilizing a collaborative, client-centred, and culturally competent approach.

Vitality Assessments Group provides interdisciplinary rehabilitation services. Our services consist of occupational therapy, social work, kinesiology, therapeutic yoga, psychotherapy, case management, and dietician services. We complete comprehensive and complete assessments with a focus on orthopedic, musculoskeletal, chronic pain, neurological, and psychological conditions, including pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. Our team of providers has extensive training and specialization.
