Vitality Assessments Group provides interdisciplinary rehabilitation services. Our services consist of occupational therapy, social work, kinesiology, therapeutic yoga, psychotherapy, case management, and dietician services. We complete comprehensive and complete assessments with a focus on orthopedic, musculoskeletal, chronic pain, neurological, and psychological conditions, including pediatric, adult and geriatric populations.
