Bergin Motion is a family owned physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic in Barrie, Ontario. We opened our doors over 5 years ago after contemplating this joined venture for many years.

I had been in the community for over 30 years,   while practicing private home and community care physiotherapy services all over Simcoe County and beyond. My focus was on the treatment of individuals who had suffered spinal cord and/or brain injuries, as well as complex orthopedic trauma.

While travelling from one client to another, I also raised 3 children with my husband. Our 2 daughters watched my love for this profession and decided to become physiotherapists as well. Both of them had an opportunity to work with me while transitioning from registered kinesiologists to receiving their Masters in Physiotherapy. My nephew followed a similar path and joined them with the same degree.

While they completed their Masters Program in Oxford, England we started planning a possible family owned Physiotherapy venture. Bergin Motion became a reality in March of 2021 in the middle of a global Pandemic.

Today, we continue our journey and have grown to become a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic with a variety of practitioners able to service many different conditions. I continue to explore my passion for the treatment of individuals with neurological conditions, while offering a place for physiotherapy and coop students to learn and experience the passion our family and staff bring to the community and the individual clients.
