I graduated from Bowling Green State University (BGSU). After college, I worked as a television anchor and reporter. It was during that time that I became a personal trainer and discovered my true passion for the fitness field. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (PTS), a Nutrition and Wellness Specialist (NWS), Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist (PFS) and an Older Adult Fitness Specialist (OAS) through Can-Fit-Pro. We train clients in our private studio and in their own homes. Our mission is to provide guidance, direction and expertise about proper nutrition and exercise to our clients so they live long, healthy prosperous lives.
