Jeff graduated from Acadia University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, followed by a post-graduate physiotherapy degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2006. Jeff completed the Fowler-Kennedy Sports Physiotherapy Fellowship in 2008 and had since worked in a physiotherapy clinic in St. Marys, Ontario. In 2010 Jeff returned to the University of Western Ontario to complete his Masters in Clinical Science (manipulative therapy) where he became a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists. Jeff also holds a Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy, is certified in Acupuncture, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute as a medical professional. Jeff teaches at the University of Western Ontario as an assistant in both the Masters of Physical Therapy and the Masters of Clinical Science (manipulative therapy) programs. Jeff also is a co-instructor of the Temporomandibular Joint course for the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Jeff’s treatment philosophy includes using a combination of manual therapy and functional exercise to improve performance and to prevent injury recurrence. Jeff’s areas of interest includes treating clients with golf specific injuries as well as temporomandibular disorders (jaw/facial pain).
