Since 1994, Rapid City Transportation has provided door-to-door, personal transportation for passengers requiring special care before, during and after their trip. As the only ISO certified personal transportation company in Ontario, Rapid City Transportation provides the highest quality of service by providing value added services such as claimant reminder calls and a triple-checking order processing system to ensure claimants reach their destinations on time, prepared, relaxed and ready for their scheduled appointments. As a direct result of the efforts stemming from our quality and customer service departments, we are able to continuously reduce both the time and costs associated with any missed appointments and no-shows which has resulted in substantial savings for many of our customers.
