Professional Medical Assessment Centres Inc. (PMAC) is an established IME company with over 15 years of medicolegal experience. We are committed to supplying independent, unbiased, objective and comprehensive medical evaluations for our clients.

Our team includes a wide range of physicians who are all qualified Independent Medical Evaluators, recognised members of the College of Physicians and Surgeons, the Canadian Medical Association, the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the various disciplines’ Colleges or Associations. Many have been providing Independent Medicals for many years and have a valued understanding of the mediation and arbitration procedures.

We are able to provide a wide range of evaluations. Our area of expertise includes orthopaedic, neurology, physiatry, ENT, ophthalmology, dental, psychology, psychiatry, medicolegal, functional, occupational, physiotherapy, chiropractic, job site, social work as well as medical and vocational services throughout Canada. We have a brain injury team who has a complete understanding of catastrophic injuries to assist with Catastrophic Determination, Large Loss File Reviews, Treatment Needs, Long Term Care Evaluations, Future Care Cost Analysis and Psycho-Educational Evaluations.

Our reports include clear, definitive and comprehensive opinions and answers to the specific questions asked by the referral source.

In order to comply with the geographical requirements, PMAC currently has offices in all major cities throughout Ontario as well as sub-offices in outlying areas.
