I am a registered Occupational Therapist with 16 years clinical experience who is licensed to practice in Canada and the US. I hold advanced certification in Medical-Legal Assessment, Life Care Planning/ Future Care, Assessment of Attendant Care Needs, Head Injury and Cognitive rehab, SCI rehab, Visual-Perceptual rehab, Barrier-Free Design and Home Modification Consultation, Chronic Pain Management and Industrial and Workplace Ergonomics. My practice is dedicated to providing assessment, treatment and expert opinion/consultation (medical-legal) for adolescents and adults with head injury, SCI, complex neurological and orthopedic injury, amputation, chronic pain and psychological impairment as a result of Motor Vehicle Accidents or personal injury.
