Profile

I specialize in therapeutic massage with training in advanced manual therapy treatments (craniosacral therapy, muscle energy, myofascial release, positional release, IMT, lymph decongestion, etc.). I have worked extensively with TBI, spinal cord injuries, MS, muscle pain, and sports injury clients. With my BA in Physical Education and my BSc in Nutrition, I combine rehabilitative exercises and anti inflammatory advice to ease the pain and accelerate the healing process.
