Our integrative approach supports children and adolescents, adults, and couples facing PTSD & trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship distress, grief, life transitions, chronic pain & more. Our evidence-based mind body therapies support psychological, emotional, physical, and relational well-being, helping you achieve deep and lasting  balance, harmony, and connection.

As the founder, and Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist I bring over 17 + years’ experience in private practice and hospitals (e.g., Women’s College Hospital & CAMH). Moreover, our therapists specialize in using a blend of mind body therapies (e.g., Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, Somatics, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, Gottman Method Couples) to help you heal, grow, and thrive.

Also, our centre therapists provides an inclusive, compassionate environment for individuals, couples, and families of all identities, backgrounds and experiences, so that you feel seen, heard, and empowered–both in therapy and beyond.
