Welcome to Nichol Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. My primary goal is smooth and flowing fascia. Fascia is the tissue between the skin and the muscle and around every organ and moving part of the body. Once the fascia is moving properly the muscle will then be more accessible to be worked on. Through experience I have come the realization that where the pain lies is not usually where the problem actually is. Many factors facilitate pain including improper posture, mal-alignment of bones and muscles; as well as increased stress levels. My intention is to balance all of these factors and aid in a pain free body. Inside, you will find the different methods in which I accomplish this goal. Hope to see you soon! Andrea Nichol
