Mulder OT services provides the following services to children (3+), youth, adults and seniors: •Referral coordination with allied health professionals as required on the file, i.e., case management, and ongoing contact with the referral source throughout the file •Hospital Discharge coordination – this is a same-day service if required, which is not common among OT providers •Crisis intervention •Safety, cognitive, benefit-specific assessments •Physical demands & worksite analyses •return to work programs •Cognitive behavioral therapy from an Occupational Therapy perspective •Cognitive rehabilitation •Grief, support, and crisis counselling •Chronic pain programs •Non-dominant hand treatment and Return to dominance hand treatment programs

Credentials

Regulated Health Care professional in good standing.
