I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto with a focus in clinical mental health. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient programs in mental health hospitals in over a decade. I have extensive training in evidence-based psychotherapy and I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
