I am a qualified Occupational Therapist in practice in the province of Ontario since 1990. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen’s University. I am registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. I have clinical experience in acute care hospital and community based occupational therapy practice settings. I have been assessing and treating motor vehicle related injuries since 1999. My practice is focused on community based in-home assessments, CAT and Attendant Care Needs assessments, work site assessments, physical demands analyses, ergonomic assessments, designing and implementing return to work and return to activities of daily living programs, and assisting in the rehabilitation for individuals with a variety of orthopaedic, neurological, and psychosocial impairments.
