Al has worked as a psychometrist and a vocational evaluator specializing in vocational and psychovocational assessments. Allan is a member of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Ontario and is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional under the same designation. He is a member in good standing with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals and holds the designation Master Certified, Vocational Professional with this association. His employment has been with private disability management companies working with WSIB, LTD and auto and CPP legislation since 1996. Allan has testified as an expert witness with the Ontario Superior Court.
