Profile

I am a duly qualified practitioner, practicing in physical medicine and rehabilitation and licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario. I am currently an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, The University of Western Ontario. My in-patient responsibilities are providing medical coverage for the Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Program – Parkwood Hospital. I am Director of the Electrodiagnostic Laboratory, Co-Director of the Peripheral Nerve Clinic and consultant physiatrist of the Hand and Upper Limb Center at St. Joseph’s Health Care. My practice consists of 65% clinical and 35% research and teaching. As part of my clinical practice I am involved in the assessment and review of patients for Canada Pension Plan, WSIB Regional Evaluation Center, Designated Assessment Center, insurance companies, and medical/legal opinions with an equal representation of plaintiff versus defendant work.
