Alternative Link provides comprehensive accident management services. Our health care professionals are well qualified and experienced in dealing with patients injured at work, (WSIB claims) or in motor vehicle accidents. Our facility offers multidisciplinary services including chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathic, chiropody and nutrition counseling. We provide active and passive forms of therapy for soft tissue injury and chronic pain complaints transitioning to in clinic and/or self directed exercise program as well as in home assessments (including assessment of attendant care needs, home safety assessments, and comprehensive physical, cognitive and psychosocial assessments). Angela Matei is the manager of Alternative Link. She is a Registered Nurse and Registered Massage Therapist and specializes in the field of Motor vehicle accidents. Her practice areas include personal injury involving motor vehicle collisions with experience in soft tissue injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries as well as medical private health care. She has extensive experience as an RN with over 15 years directly into the field of rehab. She is experienced in completion of attendant care assessments. Angela graduated from an oversea nursing school in 1984 and got her Canadian RN license in 1993. She has many years of nursing experience both in hospital and as a visiting nurse. She has managed Alternative Link since 1998, working along with chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and acupuncturists towards achieving our patients’ health goals
