I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Cranial Sacral Therapist in practice since 1986. I have always integrated into my practice an expertise in working with individuals who have experienced various types of trauma.The effects of trauma on the body are profound . The body though , if provided with the proper container, carries immense intelligence to help one heal from these painful experiences. To this end my professional development studies have included a Certificate in Life Centered Somatic Integration for the Healing of Trauma, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Osteopathy, Perinatal and Infant trauma and Motor Vehichle Trauma. My goal is to assist individuals in the resolution of residual trauma in the Nervous System and to walk with you in trusting your body once again, through touch. I have taught Massage Therapy in the hospital perinatal environment for 10 years and am a lifetime member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario. I am located both in Ottawa South and Ottawa West in a multidisciplinary clinic of Psychologists and Associates. I am fluently bilingual and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
