I have been a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic since graduating in December 2001 from the the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. It was from National University where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Anatomy and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. My undergraduate degree was earned from McMaster University as a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences. Since graduating I have completed Active Release certifications in upper extremity, lower extremity and spinal courses. This technique is to address soft tissue injuries to reduce scar tissue and soft tissue injuries. During the last few years, I have remained active in additional continuing education courses, including completion of over 250 hours in Acupuncture training. I returned to my hometown of Barrie to work as an associate for two years before relocating within Barrie to become co-owner of Huronia Chiropractic & Wellness Centre in 2004. My practice is diverse including Active Release Techniques (ART), Acupuncutre, laser therapy, Ultrasound, computerized gait analysis for custom orthotic devices, in addition to other physical therapy techniques. I treat a wide range of spinal and extremity musculoskeletal conditions in the office enjoying the satisfaction of helping others. My practice welcomes WSIB, motor vehicle accident claims and wellness patients. Hours are convenient offering three weekday evenings until 7pm and Saturday morning appointments.
