My wide range of experience allows me to create custom treatment plans for patients that suit their needs and goals whether it be for rehabilitation following an injury, injury prevention, recovering from an accident or to achieve better performance in athletic events. I utilize Active Release Techniques, a highly effective treatment for injuries such as sprains and strains, overuse injuries, chronic injuries and scar tissue build up. For low back injuries, herniated discs and degenerated discs, I use a manual spinal decompression table. Using the latest research and scientific evidence, positive results are experienced by utilizing this advanced technique.
