Health Bound Health Network is an accredited, multidisciplinary clinic and resource center that serves over 45 communities across Ontario. Our interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers is committed to providing evidence-based and client-centered care at our state-of-the-art facilities, in our clients’ homes, and in hospitals. We also have a province-wide outreach, rapid response time, and technologically advanced equipment to help you in your journey to recovery.

Throughout our years of experience, we have developed and are continuing to develop a variety of specialized and evidence-based rehabilitation programs to meet the specific needs of our clients with neurological or musculoskeletal injuries; such as our trauma and fracture program, or our specialized neurorehabilitation programs. In addition, Health Bound also provides case management services for catastrophically injured clients requiring post-hospital discharge services and support with community reintegration. We also offer numerous wellness services designed for clients who are looking for ways to improve their health, such as through our active exercise program, hydrotherapy, or naturopathy. 

As of 2012, all of our core locations have earned full accreditation in the Interdisciplinary Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Programs for Adults from the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International (CARF).
