I am a Registered Nurse with over thirty three years of experience in the provision of disability management services. I am a qualified Case Manager, registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. I have significant experience in assisting individuals with catastrophic and non catastrophic injuries. I have completed all required modules for my Canadian Certification for Life Care Planner offered through Carlton University and Sprott School of Business. I am a member of the Ontario Brain Injury Association, the Ontario Rehab Alliance, and the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada, where I have obtained my Registered Rehabilitation Professional credentials. I have extensive experience in providing case management services and patient advocacy to the Public Trustee. I am licensed with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and registered to use the HCAI system. I obtained my Board-Certified Patient Advocate through the Patient Advocate Certification Board in October 2019.
