Trauma and chronically stressful experiences overwhelm our inner world and leave us feeling trapped in a predictive loop of survival responses. You might feel “too reactive”, “too compliant”, fear abandonment or be undeniably paralyzed by anxiety. My approach goes beyond talk-only therapy and focuses on the emotional and the physiological imprints of anxiety, depression and trauma. I combine neurobiologically-informed therapies including body-based techniques, Mindfulness, trauma-informed CBT and Ego State therapy to help my clients integrate the pain of their past and move from stuckness to wellness.
