I graduated with honours from Centennial College' Massage Therapy Program in 2006 and joined the HeathQuest Rehabilitaion team in 2007. I am a member of the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO). My therapeutic style focuses treatment-oriented work incorporating Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, fascial release, and deep tissue techniques.
