Ms. Cristyn Franic is a duly qualified Occupational Therapist graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology degree and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University. Cristyn is licensed to practice in the province of Ontario by The College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (registration number G1409482) and is a member in good standing with the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. Cristyn has several years of experience assessing and treating Ms. Shameem s with cognitive, psycho-emotional and physical impairments, practicing in the field of adult neurology, acquired brain injury, psychological impairments and physical injury. She regularly engages in ongoing education, attending or completing webinars, conferences and courses related to her field. Cristyn is certified in the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS), trained in the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) and Multiple Errands Test (METS), completed the 8-week Foundations in Brain Injury Rehabilitation course, and is ADP Authorized. She has been deemed an Expert Witness in Arbitration proceedings. Cristyn has been certified in the Catastrophic Impairment Evaluation (C-CAT) course as a functional observer through the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators. She engages in regular ongoing education, attending or completing webinars, conferences and courses related to catastrophic and benefit assessments, as well as completing ongoing education in the field of adult neurology, acquired brain injury, and psychological impairments.

Ms. Michelle Hayes obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from D’Youville University (formerly D’Youville College) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. Ms. Hayes has exceptional experience working in a variety of clinical settings. She is certified in the completion of vocational assessments, return to work planning (Functional Capacity Evaluation Certified) and certified in the implementation of Progressive Goal Attainment Program PGAP. Ms. Hayes has been working in the medical legal sector for over 16 years providing assessment and treatment services for individuals with extensive injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents. Ms. Hayes has extensive continuing education in the rehabilitation of individuals who have sustained acquired brain injuries as well as catastrophic impairments. Furthermore, her experience includes, but is not limited to: In House Assessments, Attendant Care Assessments, Catastrophic Assessments, and Medical Legal Assessments.

Located in Grimsby and Fonthill, Ontario, we work with clients to realize their potential throughout Southern Ontario, including Peel, GTA, Kitchener/Waterloo and the Golden Horseshoe, with a focus on conducting comprehensive functional and benefit assessments.
