Heather Condello is a registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. She has completed a Master of Clinical Science degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. Ms. Condello has spent the majority of her career as a community based therapist working within the auto insurance sector; however, also spending time practicing in outpatient burns, amputations and complex orthopedics and working with neurologically impaired clients including the prescription of assistive technology for such clients. She is currently the Vice President of Operations and a practicing Occupational Therapist with Complex Injury Rehab practicing throughout Durham region, Toronto, and Peterborough counties. Her current practice includes occupational therapy in home assessment (including assessment of attendant care needs, home safety assessments, and comprehensive physical, cognitive and psychosocial assessments), discharge planning assessments, case management and occupational therapy treatment for clients with a brain injury, spinal cord injury, burns, amputations, chronic pain and orthopedic injuries. She also has extensive experience with return to work planning for clients with complex injuries and is currently completing life care planning pre-certification coursework.
