I am a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Stott Pilates Instructor working with individuals with various complex neurological and orthopaedic conditions. I co-found Neurocore Physiotherapy & Pilates Centre Inc. with my partner, Rich Vander Wal and have built a unique interdisciplinary clinic offering physio, massage, nutrition, pilates, acupuncture, recreational therapy, wheelchair skills, ADP authorization and seating in an integrated, modern and therapeutic environment. My work experience includes the Lyndhurst centre, spinal cord rehab, Erinoak- Pediatrics, Balance Personal training Fitness & Rehab as well as St. Joseph's in outpatient orthopaedics. My professional development is diverse including acupuncture, pilates, yoga, bobath and manual therapy.
