I am an OT in practice for over 25 years, having worked in auto insurance/private practice for over 15 years, completing OT assessment/treatment, case management, catastrophic files and life care planning. For the last eight years, I have contracted to CBA (Carol Bierbrier & Associates) completing Future Cost of Care reports, and I am a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner (CCLCP). I have presented at numerous conferences on attendant care, future cost of care and occupational therapy for both plaintiff and defence.
