Krystin has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clientele, from the weekend warrior to elite level professional athletes. This experience has allowed her to think outside of the box and work with an array of modalities such as hydrotherapy, stretching, and active rehabilitation to reach a client’s goals. Krystin believes that knowledge is the key to treatment, rehabilitation, and the prevention of future injuries. Understanding the true cause of a problem allows for the prevention of secondary complications and further injuries. Returning a client to their activities of daily living is key and evident through Krystin's treatment objectives.
