In progress… As a trained Yoga Instructor in the Iyengar methodology, I am able to combine my anatomy knowledge and design personalized sequences for individuals’ recovering needs. Allowing yoga to become a resource for meditation and a self-help tool that aids with healing yourself from within. I use yoga and meditation to address issues that include but are not limited to: ADHD/ADD, Arthritis, Anxiety, Brain trauma, Degenerative Disc Disease, Depression, Dislocated joints, Fibromyalgia, Hyper Mobility, Migraine Headaches, Repetitive Strain Injury, Spinal Scoliosis, Sciatica, and Stress to name some. With referrals from Intact Insurance and The Gurentee Company, I have worked with multiple brain injury patients to help manage their challenges in recuperating and adjusting to their new situations.
