I have 28 years experience as an RN with over 24 years in the field of rehab. I provide nurse case management services for indivdiuals with serious illness and multi trauma. I am experienced in completion of attendant care assessments. I have completed over 300 Life Care Plans for use in mediation, arbitration, settlement discussion or court procedings. I have been accepted as an expert witness in Life Care Planning. I am continually seeking new learning opportunities and have obtained certification as a Rehabilitation Nurse through the Canadian Nurses Association.
