Chantalle received certification in November 1998 after completing the massage therapy curriculum at D'Arcy Lane Institute. She started her practice in a small room at a chiropractic clinic, aspiring to own a multidisciplinary clinic of her own one day. After building an extensive clientele, this dream really began to flourish in September 2006 when growth had made operating as a sole proprietorship impossible. Kneaded Care Inc, a massage & laser therapy clinic was officially incorporated in August 2006 and moved to a 1,400 square foot facility in Brantford, ON. Since 2006, with the addition of physiotherapy, acupuncture and Bowen therapy services, the Company had out-grown its existing facilities by early 2011. Clients had made it clear that additional services such as a fully active physiotherapy department would benefit them, establishing the need for Kneaded Care to provide supplementary services under one roof. Luckily, after its first five years Kneaded Care found itself in a position to expand. The Company doubled its space to provide exercise equipment and treatment rooms in support of its new services-rehabilitative/personal training and a fully active physiotherapy department. Personally, Chantalle believes the key to being a successful therapist is listening to each and every Client, as each is unique in terms of therapeutic needs, and therefore no treatment is ever the same. Chantalle has instilled a 'Client-comes-first' philosophy for Kneaded Care to ensure their needs are met resulting in strong one-to-one Client/Therapist relationships. Chantalle is a member in good standing of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Ontario Massage Therapist Association. Kneaded Care is also a member of the Brantford/Brant Chamber of Commerce.
