Twenty-three years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, employment counselling, job placement, vocational evaluation, transferable skills analysis, and labour market research. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a post-degree Certificate in Personnel and Industrial Relations, and a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling (provisional). I am a member in good standing of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada, the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals, and the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society, where I serve as Past-President. I am a Registered Rehabilitation Professional, Registered Vocational Professional, Certified Vocational Professional, and Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator. Over the course of my career, I have conducted hundreds of vocational evaluations for automobile and life insurers and workers’ compensation boards. I am regularly retained by both plaintiff and defence counsel and have been qualified as an Expert in Vocational Rehabilitation and Evaluation by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Appeals Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
