We all face challenges in our day-to-day lives, and it’s a natural part of being human to feel overwhelmed at times. There are moments when our thoughts, emotions, or experiences can feel like too much to manage. At the same time, we each have the capacity to work through these difficulties it’s just that we are all wired differently, and what feels manageable for one person may feel overwhelming for another. If you are here and looking for support, you’ve already taken an important first step. Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit for you is an important part of that journey, and it can make a meaningful difference in how supported and understood you feel.
I am a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental and physical health challenges. I have specialized training in maternal mental health and provide support during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout the parenting journey. My work focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward healing and meaningful change.
I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and narrative therapy. I support individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, grief and loss, life transitions, and challenges with motivation.
I take a compassionate and practical approach, helping clients develop coping skills, feel more grounded, and navigate difficult experiences with greater confidence. My goal is to support individuals in improving their well-being while strengthening their sense of self and their relationships.
