Mulder OT services provides the following services to children (3+), youth, adults and seniors:

• Referral coordination with allied health professionals as required on the file, i.e., case management, and ongoing contact with the referral source throughout the file
• Hospital Discharge coordination – this is a same-day service if required, which is not common among OT providers
• Crisis intervention •Safety, cognitive, benefit-specific assessments
• Physical demands & worksite analyses
• Return to work programs
• Cognitive behavioral therapy from an Occupational Therapy perspective
• Cognitive rehabilitation
• Grief, support, and crisis counselling
• Chronic pain programs
• Non-dominant hand treatment and Return to dominance hand treatment programs

Credentials

Regulated Health Care professional in good standing.

Has been practicing since 2003
