We offer counselling and therapy services to couples, adults, children, teens and families.  We support a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, work life balance, divorce recovery, trauma, abuse, anger, parent child relationships, loss, grief and more.  We offer a range of approaches including CBT, DBT, IFS EFS, EMDR, play therapy, art therapy and music therapy.  Creative approaches are particularly helpful for children and teens.
