Family Matters Centre offers kids, teens, adults and parenting counselling, in person or virtual as well as therapeutic groups for children and teens.

 

Our caring team will help with issues that impact family life, such as:

• behavioural challenges
• anxiety and stress
• social skills
• anger management
• trauma and attachment
• self-harming
• adoption and foster care
• sibling relationships
• marital separation and co-parenting
• long-term pediatric medical issues
