Since 1994, Community Solutions Limited has been offering comprehensive, community-based rehabilitation and support services for individuals with acquired brain injury, cognitive and neurological challenges, and complex multiple diagnoses.  Services are provided on a 1-1 basis in the person’s own home and community, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
