Since 1994 Community Solutions Ltd has been offering comprehensive community-based rehabilitation and support services for individuals with acquired brain injury, cognitive and neurolgical challenges and complex multiple diagnoses.  Services are provided on a 1-1 basis in the person’s own home and community up to 24 hours per day – 7 days per week.
