We have a team of professionals practicing multiple modalities in physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy and acupuncture, directed by fully Registered Professionals. The goal of Physiotherapy First is to improve the quality of life of our patients by restoring health, confidence, autonomy, mobility, balance and alleviating pain.

We accept most insurances, workers’ compensation claims, Motor Vehicle claims and personal injury cases.
