I am a fully qualified Registered Nurse, with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science and licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario by the College of Nurses of Ontario. I have approximately 20 years of nursing experience which includes acute care nursing, with a strong focus on Chronic Disease Self-Management, namely autoimmune disorders, Multiple Sclerosis and chronic pain, and clinic trial nursing experience. I have approximately 10 years of experience as a Nurse Case Manager, managing the care of catastrophic clients. I am experienced with the assessment and treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions and have completed multiple future care reports to date. I have completed all course work and certification as a Canadian Certified Life Care Planner (University of Florida) and have been accepted as an expert witness in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
