I am an Occupational Therapist registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member in good standing with the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. I am licensed with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. I graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelors of Health Sciences in Occupational Therapy in 1989. I have 28 years of experience in a wide range of settings, providing assessment and treatment for clients of all ages with physical, psychosocial and neurological dysfunction. The past 22 years have included working within the Motor Vehicle Insurance sector and clients with catastrophic injuries. A curriculum vitae is available upon request
