I am a registered psychotherapist operating my own private practice in downtown Ottawa. My goal is to provide exceptional, inclusive and client-centered mental health services. While I am qualified to treat a broad range of mental health concerns from problems of daily living to serious disorders of thought, mood, memory, perception and cognition, my particular areas of expertise include Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed) grief, bereavement and trauma resolution counselling (multiple certifications).
