Melissa Cutler is a clinical social worker who has specialized in the field of neuro rehabilitation and mental health for over 15 years within the hospital, community and private sectors. She provides individual, couples and group counselling for individuals and their loved ones through the uncertainty and adjustment to unexpected life transitions and challenges, featuring MVA. She received a Masters Degrees in both Psychology and Social Work from the University of Toronto, of which she was a recipient of an Excellence in Field Education Award by the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work. Melissa holds specific training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma counseling, and chronic pain management. Her teaching and clinical interests include examining the life adjustment for younger adult survivors of traumatic brain injury.
