Experienced in the field of injury/disability since 2003, with a particular focus on vocational return to work and disability management, assisting injured/disabled individuals in returning to gainful employment including: early intervention for individuals on short term and long term disability leave and those in receipt of auto insurance and WSIB benefits, vocational testing, coordinating and implementing return to work programs, work hardening and other modified work programs, job search strategies, vocational planning and provision of employment counseling services. Skilled in managing ongoing efficacy evaluation of community/work integration programs, identifying barriers to and facilitating successful reintegration of clients into the workforce, and effectively communicating and consulting with medical professionals.
